Faq

When and how to check in?
Most of our accommodations have self-check-in and a few do not.
Two days before your arrival you will receive the instructions to get to the apartment. Therefore, it is important to contact us.

In apartments with self-check-in:
  • Check-In time is from 3pm, to ensure the proper cleaning of the apartment.

  • Early check-in service is subject to availability. Please, request it and we will confirm it.

In apartments with NO self-check-in:
  • Check-in time is from 3pm to 7pm.

  • At the entrance of the building, at the agreed time, a member of our work team will give you the key.
  • Check-ins after hours may incur an additional charge.

  • That’s why, for check-ins after 7pm, we always offer a service taxi and key delivery with a trustworthy driver. This service cost around €30-40 and would be paid directly to the driver. (Note: If the flight/arrival is after 22:00, the price increases).

How to check-out?
To ensure the cleanliness of the apartment, check-out must be at 11am.

The late check-out service is subject to availability, and the price is confirmed over the phone, with payment made via bank transfer.

The only tasks during check-out are to leave the key inside the accommodation and to take out the trash.
Where to throw trash?
In the street, you will find black containers where you can discard the trash.
Where to park?
Due to the location of our apartments near Las Canteras Beach, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, it is not easy to park on the street.

Honestly, if you are only going to be in the city it is not worth getting around by car. Public transportation is very good.

But if your idea is to take tours around the island, then it will be interesting to rent a car. Ask us and we will tell you which paid parking is closest to your apartment.

The San Agustín apartments have a free parking area.
How to cancel my booking?
To cancel your reservation you just have to write to us and we will take care of it.

If, for any reason, you have to cancel your reservation, you must take into account the following:
  • if you cancel 30 days before your arrival, 90% of the amount will be refunded.

  • if you cancel between 29 and 7 days before your arrival, 50% will be refunded.

  • if you cancel less than a week before your arrival, no refund will be given.

  • if you cancel during your stay, no refund will be given.

**In the event that, due to unforeseen causes and not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, MFH will make another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics available to you at no additional cost.

Note: The platforms (Booking, AirBnB...) have their own cancellation policy.
